Using Information from Find In AB

  1. Use of any information, directory listings, or content (collectively, "Information") from Find In AB indicates your acceptance of the terms below.
  2. Find In AB grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Information, subject to the terms below.

You are free to:

  1. Access, view, and use the Information in our directory for lawful purposes, including finding and contacting businesses in Alberta.

You must, where you use the Information:

  1. Acknowledge the source of the Information if you reproduce it, by attributing Find In AB and providing a link back to our website (findinab.ca). You must use the following attribution statement:
    Contains directory information sourced from Find In AB.
  2. The terms of this licence are important, and if you fail to comply with any of them, the rights granted to you under these Terms of Use will end automatically.

Exemptions

  1. These Terms of Use do not grant you any right to use:
    1. Personal Information beyond what is publicly listed in the directory;
    2. Information or Records that are not accessible under applicable laws;
    3. third party rights Find In AB is not authorized to license;
    4. the names, crests, logos, or other official symbols of Find In AB or listed businesses; and
    5. Information subject to other intellectual property rights, including patents, trade-marks and official marks of listed businesses.

Non-endorsement

  1. These Terms of Use do not grant you any right to use the Information in a way that suggests any official status or that Find In AB or any listed business endorses you or your use of the Information.

No warranty

  1. The directory Information is provided “as is”, and Find In AB excludes all representations, warranties, obligations, and liabilities, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  2. Find In AB is not liable for any errors or omissions in the Information or directory listings, and will not under any circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other loss, injury or damage caused by its use or otherwise arising in connection with these Terms of Use or the Information, even if specifically advised of the possibility of such loss, injury or damage.
